As I was unable to compile a collective consensus of the 6 billion or so inhabitants of this planet, save the other civilisations that I am sure are 'out there', I am sorry you will have to settle for my personal perception. Beyond this, McKinsey, I am told has an extensive report on doing business in not just India, but also in a small alley in Hounslow, UK and certain outer reaches of Jupiter, save for the nasty star which smells like whooping cough. It is surprising how Indian professionals are really portraying a "true" picture of India.
